2023 Limited Elite VON Question

Just ordered my 2023 Limited Elite. Can't wait to get it but know it can be up to a 6 month wait. For those that have ordered a 2023 already, how long did it take to get your VON and VIN? My dealership says the order has been put in, but still waiting on a VON/VIN.

The VIN should be assigned within a few days of the order being submitted. VON is assigned as soon as the dealership submits.

Yep, you should have had you VON very quickly.

If it's a 1500, you may not have that long of a wait once they start building 23's. They have been pretty well caught up on those for a while now.

Got my VON and Vin last night. Hope it's going to be quicker but I'm preparing myself for a long wait.

can’t wait for my order. ordered end of October and got the VIN right away but expecting a long wait for it to come in. doesn’t stop me from checking the site everyday though

I wonder if they started building the 2023 Gen 5 new body style Ram 1500s yesterday morning ??
If so, the First Ram would have rolled off the Line this afternoon or evening

They have mentioned that the 2023 Ram DT would take 30 hours to build

once the 1st Ram rolls off the line & they get all the photos & newscasts done.
a new Ram should come off the Line about every 10 minutes give or take

Stellantis could have really done things up as far as the first 2023 Ram to roll off the line
Joe Biden was in Michigan today, i wonder if he viewed the first Ram coming off the line.

I'm disappointed I tried to order a 2500 full loaded, limited . Unfortunately they wont build it with the gas motor. I have no need for the diesel Ill need to order a Laramie and build it up in order to do it.
