2500 4x4 6.7 tradesman no start multiple codes

2014 tradesman 4x4 cummins..
So I currently have an issue here. Last week my truck starting acting up for 01412 implausible vehicle speed signal. Now I can't even turn on the damn thing.
Cluster is Christmas lighting and key fob won't register.
Had anyone had this before.

Batteries checked out good
Fuse box is fine.

If anyone had as a link to a Can C bus system pdf file I'd appreciate also.
