Hi guys my name is Dave I have a 2016 ram 5500 6.7 Cummins engine. And got the codes u010c ,p2bac truck is in derate. I have performed a voltage test on actuator connector. I have first had about 10.5 volts pulled some wire cover off and went back to test key on and got 12 V at the power the bus one I have 2.5 the bus two I have 2.3 and the ground I have 3.1 mV. So obviously there’s one problem but now with voltage I have the same code. I am thinking it is an actuator however I plug a new one in and nothing different happens. Also does not want to connect when I have my scanner hooked up I click on Vgt actuator etc and it shows. Possible ignition off communication with vgt lost etc just would like some insight. Is it possible that the wiring further back then around the AC compressor is in a common rub spot or the fuse box corrosion or is this code common when something else is acting up as in the code for the nox or EGR. Just sensors I know there are several sensors that run off one common wire. Any info or similar?? Thanks
