The 2500 uses AAM axles(9.25 front/11.50 rear), the front diff will be open and the rear could be either open or LSD. The LSD if equiped will be a helical gear type.

A lot of places you can type in the vehicle model and year and it will tell you what is needed. Otherwise the posts above look correct.
In general I don't recommend going from 3.73 just to 4.10. I have done it on my own truck years ago, and have driven a lot of identical model trucks with the only difference being 3.73 vs. 4.10 gears. The change is so small it's hard to tell the difference....especially compared to the time and money it costs to do a gear change. If you want to really see a difference I would recommend at least 4.56.

Alright so what's the best website to buy from. 4.88 - 5.13 ratio seems like it be my best option. But im not sure what the front 9.25 has for avail gears. I've only seen up to 4.88 so far.

With 6speed go at least 4.56.

8-speed 4.56 Max on 37's.

One question that should be asked. What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Do you have oversize tires? Just towing a lot? Or simply want peppier acceleration?

Im about to put on the 40s as soon as I get a weekend to put the lift on. Its just a gutless pig right now with 3.73s and its stock tire size.
