Do those wheel actually use beadlocks or are the bolts just for styling? It seems like a ton of truck wheel have beadlock bolts but its hard to tell if they're fake and just for styling or are actually functional. Either way good choice on wheels.

No they are not beadlocks but are actual metal bolts . The center cap is also machined billet aluminum not plastic

They are just for appearance, no other purpose.
