3,7 and 4,7 water pump

Hello

I Have a problem with the water pump rubber plug (bleed plug) of my friend's Ram.
I wanna change the water pump but the new one (gates) doesnt have the rubber plug and the old one are completely destroyer.
The rubber plug is unfoundable...

So do you have a solution for me. ??

Run it. I replaced a pump with a Gates that was just like this. It’s ok.

it's the old one on the picture, the new one doesn't have the rubber plug !!! and the old one are completely destroy

Yes, I know. My new pump (Gates) did not have the rubber plug either. I don’t know why. The new pump did not leak. That’s why I said run it.

Is it on the top or bottom? Could just be the weep hole.
