Have a 08 ram 2wd with hemi. Wanting to put 395 70 18 big at2 on it. How much lift? Rim backspacing?

Did I read that right? 395/70r18? Those are almost 40" tall tire and 15.5" wide.

To tag along with olyelr, if you meant 295 70 18 then that should be doable. I'm running 315x70x18 on 18x(10.5?) -25mm with no lift in the rear and nothing that I know of in the front. Never cared enough to look up front but the rear for sure doesn't have a lift and the front sits lower that the rear so I assume there's nothing. They rubbed pretty bad at first but nothing 10min with a mallet couldn't fix. Yours would be 1" shorter so very manageable.
