Sounds like that one can be lifter tick, you were really moving the recording around a lot. The best way is to go underneath hood and leave the recording device for like 2 minutes each side of engine. Read the redline oil sig in my thread, note the poll. You might try 15 ounces lubegard biotech added to current oil to see if you get any relief. A majority of ticks are cleared up with swapping to ester/pao high moly based oils. I'm not sure there is an easy fix past that, we have never discovered one. Mostly for hemi's, but lifter tick is lifter tick, what do you have to lose?

Look at exhaust, that is the other possibility in hemi tick anyhow.

Exhaust manifold or a lifter hard to tell from your vid.

Could be a lifter but sounds a little more bottom end then a lifter. I would get a stethoscope and try to pin point where the noise is the loudest. You can also try unplugging an injector one at a time to see if the noise goes away on a certain cylinder. If the noise goes away with an injector unplugged then its likely a bottom end issue. Could be a rod bearing. Although I have seen a few collapsed pistons in the 4.7's over the years. If the noise is still present after unplugging each injector then I would be more inclined to a top end issue like a lifter.

Is it running rough at all? 4.7s have had an issue of faulty lifters, that can sometimes chuck a rocker off and will cause a rough run.

My check engine light just came on and the code is 0307 so I’m thinking it a lifter problem but I could be wrong

Does it ticking stay when the engine is warm?

But the truck runs smooth it doesn’t idle bad or anything like that. Just some hesitation on the acceleration sometimes
