what should i expect to pay to have a magnaflow y pipe welded in? i looked at a bunch of pics on here and it looks like some new pipe needs to be added in

Im getting one put in tues and it should be under 50 for the time and pipe and welding.

Cost me $50 to have my Magnaflow and tip welded in and I talked them down from $75...

It's a $80 to $100 weld install includes bending new pipe

Depends where you live. Rural areas are cheaper. Where I live, welders make $100 per hour.

Geeez, they must really rip you people off where you live! I had a Magnaflow muffler SI/DO installed cheaper then that. Why go with a Y pipe? Just put in a new set up and be done with it. It will sound much better.

I later had them replace all the pipe with polished SS pipe which really wasn't that bad either price wise.
