So I have 48,000 miles now on my 12' Hemi Sport 1500.

Thankfully she's been real good to me with zero problems.

So about I have done is change the oil every 4-5k miles (conventional oil)

Is there any services I should have done?

All info will be highly recommended!

Should for sure follow the book on regular maintenance but around 48k you should for sure check and replace the air filter, check your brake pads, check all your front end parts for excessive wear, and somewhere between 60-80k change all fluids Trans, diff, transfer case (if you have 1) flush the radiator and be on your way merry way. O and around 3 years old keep a good eye on your battery you don't want a bad battery to ruin your alternator. Not that the battery will for sure be gone at 3 years old but if seems weak replace it.

will do thanks for the info, 85% of the miles are highway miles. I'm still on my original tires. What about spark plugs ect?

Your spark plugs are probably nubs. I changed mine on my commander around 50k and I could not believe how terrible they were.

Plugs and wires or just plugs? Also what else would be recommended?

Just plugs. I haven't changed them in a Ram, but on my commander I needed some long socket extensions. You will want to pick of some plug grease.
