Basically for the longest I would remote start with my AC already on high. Recently I'd get in after that and my AC would blow super soft on high. Turn it off then on a few times. Didn't do a thing.

When I remote start my truck with the AC set to 1. I get in then one at a time get up to max. It blows well that way. I've been super careful every sense I noticed it doing this. I haven't been skipping fan speeds. It works alright as long as I do it this way.

Any suggestions? What the hell is wrong with it? Hoping it's the blower? Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks everybody. Happy Labor day! Hope everyone gets a long weekend

Just guessing but maybe a bad blend door in the dash. I think they come loose and don't change position completely so when the blower starts out on high the blower prevents it from setting it's position correctly but if you start on low fan the door position sets correctly. Once in position the higher fan speed doesn't affect it.
