It's been a while since i had updated my previous list so i've been meaning to post the latest rundown.
This is just me collecting info from a bunch of internet sites sites.
Use as your own risk. i don't meant to pretend i made any of this parts so i'm not responsible for warranties, misuse of info nor i pretend to be the the Oracle from the Matrix telling you i know it all
All this is public info on the net i just wrote down the numbers in an excel spreadsheet and printed it as a PDF. Some I have, some I’ve used myself.

So will the Zone UCAs work for the Maxtrac 7" lift up front ? Or do I have to go with Maxtrac's UCAs that indicate 0"-7" lift?

Here hopefully this will help you. Talk to Teraflex about the upper opening and the lower one.
check my built thead from post#750, page 75 and 76 have all the info i could gather from them. if the inside upper opening is between 4.5 and 5" they'll fit the upper seat. Lower should be around 2.5" so it hugs the lower seat properly.

When I upgrade my front to 6112 would it be worth it to upgrade the rear to 5160 res style shocks as well to compliment or the rear 5100 should be fine? Not familiar with how the res might change the characteristic of the shock design.

Yep, get the 5160's for extra performance if you're going to be bashing the truck up in the dirt, they'll compliment your front 6112's well.
