4th Gen Engine Shuts Off

Engine Shuts off while driving. No warning, no codes . Restarts after 30 sec. 2010, 5.7 Hemi. Can anyone help?

My 2007 Ram did something similar. It would shut off while driving down the road, no warning. Idiot message came up saying check gauges. Never had to wait 30 seconds to re-start though. Threw her in neutral and it started right back up.

According to the dealership the problem was the speed sensor.

My 2012 this this the other day Also !!? Not really Shure what to do as I could not duplicate it for the dealer???,,,

Thanks all! I found the Gremlin! Crankshaft and Camshaft position sensors can kill the engine without tripping an alarm. Replace Both for $25, Happy Motoring!
