Can I use a "Moe's" 87mm Throttle Body and a "Vararam" Power Edge Wedge (Spacer) off a 2016 Ram 5.7L on my 2012 Ram 5.7L? These are 'Used' components. Seller upgraded to 6.4L Intake Manifold.

Not sure when the TB's changed, but compare the numbers off both TB's,if both are 251 casting throttle bodies, you're good to go.
Easiest way to double check is compare the numbers from Matt's (Moes) site or Dans site(Fastman)

I checked with Moe's. The 2012 and the 2016 have completely different internal wiring. Thus, the 2016 will not work on my 2012.

I couldn't remember if the TB's changed in 12 or 13,looks like the change occurred in the 13's then.

That i'm not sure, but the most amount of changes in the 4th gen series occurred between 12 and 13,the trucks were a complete rewrite in alot of aspects from 12 to 13. 13 was the year the interior wiring did a bunch of changing ie: clusters etc. They started to adopt the thermal management system in 13 etc.

I think it might have been late 13's were the first with the 8 speed tranny option
