I have installed a RCX 5" lift on my 05 Ram. Ever since then, I have had nothing but issues. Steering rack failures, CV shafts, upper control arms, tires, torsion, and numerous alignments. Trying to find out if anyone that has gone up 4-5" has had any of these issues. Previous owner had the torsion bars cranked up, found that out the hard way as I was replacing steering racks like they were going outta style (my own fault for not paying attention).

Rcx as in rough country? Did you put larger rims and tires on after the lift? And also are the ball joints and other suspension parts factory?

Does your lift incorporate a differential drop? I've seen numerous RCX lifts on various brands of trucks and the front inner CV angles always look horrible.

I have a 6" RCX on my 07 4x4. No issues so far other than my right inner cv boot tore and has been throwing grease ever since. That could have been from me driving 25 miles home from the shop before getting an alignment. I also have Bilstein 5100s maxed out so that could be causing my wach cv angles.

I put the same 5in RCX life on my '04 ram. I noticed with my truck the drop brackets for the front diff doesn't drop it down enough and causes the cv shafts to bind up. I was able to fix that problem by turning the torsion bars down a little bit.
