I was riding bike fri and noticed a stake bed dually with the black cover covering the front end. The emblem said 3500 heavy duty with Cummins logo. Only thing I could see at the front end were the head lights. Looked just the 2019 lights but looked thicker.

Tried to get a picture, but couldn't catch up.

I have heard the brand new redesigned HD might have been delayed a year. I have read a couple of rumors that the covered/camo'd ones running around are hiding a new hood with an air scoop. Could be BS though. They are probably testing out updated versions of the Cummins for 2020 and beyond. I guess we will have to wait and see though.

Per AllPar insiders:

Looks like the 2019 Ram HDs will get a minor refresh to hold out till the new trucks replace the current generation, when they move to the Warren Truck Assembly in Warren, Michigan from Saltillo, Mexico. But it looks like they are getting an update to look more like the all-new Ram 1500.
The simple outline of the current Ram HD grille has been significantly stylized, with a raised center portion eventually curving to create what appears to be a brow effect over the headlights. The new look brings the HD into harmony with the redesigned 2019 Ram 1500, while still giving the HD its own bolder look. The Ram HD grille frame also appears to have some notched details at the top and bottom — almost like teeth — which enter the grille space.
