Will 5th gen classic mirrors fit/work on a 4th gen?

I dont think there is such a thing as 5th gen classic but i could be wrong. If you do in fact mean 5th gen then no they will not fit 4th gens due to bolt pattern i believe. Plus im sure the harnesses are different as well.

I meant the 2020 classics which I guess is still a 4th gen?

Yes Classics should fit 4th gen body style. I'm sure all the OEM parts have supercede part #'s since Classic launch and ending of the 4th gen.
