6.4L intakes

Anyone experiment with CAI, or intakes? I see a few, dont expect the 20-30 hp gains they promise, but do like better sound.

intake and exhaust, better sound 3-5 hp?
Thoughts ?

I’m looking at running a tube to the grill for cooler air. Probably dryer tube

I fabb'd this up on my truck. For a few more bucks the hose is much more reliable then dryer tubing.

I put an S&B system on my 2014 6.4L truck with a Magnaflow muffler & resonator delete. It improved the throttle response & gave me a better sounding truck.

I don't believe I really gained any HP or MPG improvements. Those came with the Diablosport I2 programmer & custom tune from Hemifever.

I am a big fan of the AFE intakes for the hemi. They will offer better throttle response and sound. It also will give a small bump in hp, even tho you may not feel it, it will support other mods better. As you add other mods like exhaust mods, tuning, etc... it will help those make a bigger impact.
