I have a ticking noise as well. Yours seems synchronous with the engine RPM (if I'm hearing what you are trying to demonstrate in the video). Mine is definitely not synchronous. Mine is definitely not coming from the fuel pump (which I just had replaced along with the entire fuel system, BTW). My ticking noise seems to be coming from the exhaust system pretty much square on the belly of the truck. I can't perfectly pinpoint the sound. Could be the DEF pump, but I don't know exactly what a DEF pump looks like.

May be the def injector dosing. If you hear it crawl under near the hot exhaust and you should have no problem finding it if it is the cause of the noise.
