Local off-road shop down the street from me.. the install went perfect they had no issues with parts or anything, it did take a couple days to complete..

So the big question now, Do I or Do I Not powdercoat my lift pieces before install?

I would like to find a nice accent color that goes with white and something that would be "different"

I could powder my lift pieces and rims, along with doing a nice subtle 2 tone job on my headlights the same accent color.

Or just say screw it and leave it black and install right away?

Doing it now will be the way to go if your budget and timeline allow. But you can always accent shock boots, brake calipers, sway bar endlinks, diff covers, control arm upgrades later and still get the accent you seek.

Never thought of that for accenting items. Hmmmm, something to think about. Thanks SoCal

No. Not yet. Couple places I called are weeks out. That would mean those boxes sitting in my garage for almost a month. Also means no lift being installed for over a month. I’m already itching to get it on!!! Don’t know if I could wait a month lol.

You waited this long what’s another month? If you really want it powder coated I say it’s worth the wait.

I mean you don't really see the suspension on these trucks. Maybe if it was an older truck with long arms that ur gonna see but otherwise you prolly won't see what you have powdercoated
