As RLK stated this is for the 4 speed equipped trucks. If your truck is a 14 express you have a 7 speed fan. It is actually much easier for you to do the upgrade. All you need is the radio,911 plug,bezel,a different conversion harness and a heater control module and you are set. It is 100% plug and play. In any case this is a good deal for anyone with the 4 speed fan GLWS Atom.

I'm not going to sidetrack Atom's sale with a link even though I doubt he wants to separate items, but there are several 8.4 bezels up for sale on eBay (I posted the links in the 8.4 conversion thread)

If your 2500 has the 4 speed fan knob (it should) then , yes, this is everything you need for an 8.4A/RA3/VP3 (non-nav radio).

The 911/cellular bypass plug is easy enough to fix/make vs buying a new one at $40. Pay shipping both ways and i will fix it for whoever buys it.
