8.4 ucconect upgrade

I upgraded from the small tradesmen radio to the 8.4 screen in my 2016 Ram 1500.. Works fine but My A/c does not blow cold.. Can somone please help. Summer is about to be here and its hot haha. Thanks in advance!

I have to ask...but did the A/C work properly and blow cold air before you performed the 8.4 UConnect swap?

If so, when you turn the HVAC on does the A/C compressor clutch engage?

Did you program anything with AlfaOBD when you performed the swap?

I just did this upgrade. Here's something to check. I notice the touch interface on the radio was not accurate.
Once the interface showed I was set to cool as cold as it would go the hvac was still blowing heat. I pushed the cool button about six more times and the a.c started to blow cold air .
So when the arrow on the screen bottoms out it still was mixing heated air. If I then pushed the manual cold temp button about 6 more times this adjusted the blend door off heat to cold air and the AC works fine.
Now I'd like to figure out how to calibrate the screen indicator to the correct blend door setting.

Also as in the earlier post check to make sure your AC compressor is actually running. first.

I am literally having this same issue, I tried to keep pressing the colder temp button to see if maybe it would start blowing out cold but it did not, if anyone can shine some light TIA!
