Perhaps your low-end torque, and the eardrums of the people behind you... :)

Seriously thought, what do you mean by "straight pipe?" Are you just wanting to remove the muffler, or the cat(s) and muffler, and/or any resonators that came from the factory?

Running no muffler can hurt you sometimes, you dont have the backpressure you need to run as efficiently, and without it you lose low end power... but I suppose it won't ruin anything

I would throw cheap glasspack muffler on it
It's very rare but you can actually bend a valve without enough backpressure

I agree with the Flow master 40s or a magna flow. I have the flomaster 40s and it sounds great with my headers and sounded good before. And if you like the sound of the straight pipe you could also get a cutout and put it before the muffler. Straight pipe when its open for the loud rumble, and when you dont want it loud just close it and have it go to the muffler. Its a win win! Haha.

I run a Cherry bomb Pro SI/SO, and I have a really deep big block roar with no popping/rasp

I have a 2004 Hemi and I am thinking about adding a cheery bomb glasspack but keep the stock resinator on.

welcome to RF. There are varying views on here about what the resonators are for and do. IMO you will gain a little sound, and possibly also gain drone without them. I personally wouldn't be against it because i like a little bit of drone.

I like the glasspack sound. But until I get it brokken in I want to keep the resinator on to try and offset the rasp.
