I can deal with the light but is there a way to shut off the damn dinging. Can’t get it in the shop for a while. Any help would be great.

Never heard of a warning light setting a continuos chime. I've had the check ABS on in my 18, not a single ding. Might be a 6.4 thing. May sound silly but have you double checked all your doors?
