Is it possible to do a plug n play for adding an AC outlet for my 2014 express? The factory one is to the right of the radio? Anyone done this?

I guess nobody knows? I've tried to google but I'm not getting anything? Unless it's some special wiring that has to be done, I don't see why you couldn't add a factory 115V outlet in the stock location?

Anyone have ideas?

I dabbled into this when I bought my Tradesman. Came to the conclusion the juice was not worth the squeeze. Needs the inverter, possibly one or more harnesses and the truck flashed with the sales code for it.

Given the low output anyways of the stock inverter, better off going aftermarket.

You would be better off going after market for the inverter, you could probably get a unit that puts out more power than the the one offered by RAM for the same or maybe less money. It wouldn't be that difficult to install if you are elect/mech inclined.

The sky is the limit.

Sorry but that is the only picture I have, came across it on some web site long ago.

It is located in a Ram Box, pop the cover and plug it in. Ram box has some great potential for uses

Love my Ramboxes. Don't know why more people don't get them.
