Do yourself a favor and buy a kit off Amazon. I installed heated seats in my Bighorn for less than $100 and it looked about as close to factory as you could get. The whole thing took about 3 hrs, and 1.5 hrs of that included removing and reinstalling the seat covers. The rest didn't take very long at all. Worked extremely well.

No idea how you'd get cooled seats easily without trying to swap everything out of a Laramie. That will likely cost a few grand if you can get it working. Definitely not an easy feat.

This is similar to what I bought. I installed the switches in the center console below the radio. One on each side.

I was wanting to swap out parts from a Laramie. Was just wondering what all would I need? I just installed factory remote start and it was fairly easy and cheap. The dealer said $1,600 to do it and I done it for under $400

I think there's already a thread on here somewhere about this very thing. If I recall, it was a lot of pages. Honestly not sure exactly what all you'd need.

If you can remember the thread please let me know. I really want to change my seats, and I want them to work properly.
