Pop the hood and take some good detailed pics of the engine bay and around the headers. Look up online which coil pack goes to which cylinder and the plug wire order and re-do them. Check for any loose connectors/plugs, cheeck for any burnt wires.

This is good advice. Rule out one thing at a time and the easiest place to start is with the wires. Also make sure the boots are seated on the plugs.

Firing order - 1, 8, 4, 3, 6, 5, 7, 2. Cylinder numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 are on the driver's side starting at the front of the engine. 2, 4, 6, 8 are on the passenger's side starting at the front.

just cant find a diagram to double check the order

idk what to do anymore...

You have to start emilinating things one by one, otherwise its going to be a costly expense to get it fixed by a local shop. I know there are a lot of guys on DT that are good with cam swaps, so try pm'ing them and see what they think as well. Chefred would be a good person to ask since he's done plenty of them 03ramit1 (he's not on here I beleive, but is on DT) can give you pointers as well since he's done plenty too.

Sorry Nick its part of the game. I didn't unplug any of the wires from coils. All I did was pull the coil and plugs. I still feel like something could have gotten damaged during the "meltdown". Did you ever tell these guys what happened?

Well start marking off what you know is right. Aaron says he is sure the timing is right so that is out. You reset the PCM and tune so that is out. I'm guessing you checked the wires by now so that is out too. It only leaves a few things that are still possibilities. You could have a pushrod that jumped out, bad splice on one of the O2's, or maybe burned a wire somewhere. Just start eliminating the things you can check before having to start pulling the valve covers off again.
