Recently I've swapped to 4.56 on 2014 RAM1500. That wasn't really easy, but everything runs smoothly. My rear gears are made by RMS(Ron's Machining Service) the front is manufactured by G2. When I got of them in my hands, I've tested them with a tool that measuring metal hardness. G2 was much harder actually. After everything was installed and I drove 500 miles in light mode, I've disassembled my axles and found that rear gears have some wearing that is too much for just 500 miles of work.
As I have this stupid 9.25ZF Rear axle, there are only few offers on the market.
1. Moe's
2. RMS
3. Yukon
Does anyone know, which one has higher metal hardness parameter? This price isn't an issue at all. The softer gears - shorter a time without gears noise. So my idea to install the ones that is harder.

How did you determine the wear was too much?

Where do I find "light mode?"

Backlash increased too much and wearing is something you can even feel with your finger. This is ok for 5-6 thousands miles, but not 500. I have an experience with other producers as Motive, Yukon, G2. Them are not so soft...
As for the "light mode" or easy mode, means not pushing hard with towing or acceleration. Just easy miles))

Thanks man! Will think about both of them
