Airlift 1000 air bags with lift kit

I am trying to install airbags on my 2014 Ram 1500 4x4 that has a Rough Country 2.5 lift kit. My problem is that the spacer that goes above the coil spring is solid. This does not allow anywhere for my air line to go up through. I'm thinking about drilling a hole in the spacer for the airline. Just not sure if the stem on the airbag will contact the spacer and break it off. Any advise would be appreciated.

Maybe make the hole big enough so the stem won't contact the spacer ?

That's what I'm going to try and do. Thanks for the reply. I will post what i do in case someone else runs into this issue.
