Glad it worked for you. Now that you got that figured out you might want to go in to your seat material settings and change it to perforated leather if you installed Laramie seats. It is most likely set to cloth by default and now that you have leather seats you're going to want to get the seat pads little warmer.

Most of the special packages splash screens did not work for me. I'll have to go back and mess around with setting one package over the other and see if I get anything different. I know when trying to figure some of the different settings out dealing with themes, Alexey said..... Ask any questions you might have. Everyone here this very helpful. With the AE tool we would run into problems trying to set things but this new alpha tool seems to be very forgiving. Just pay attention to what you set and if it doesn't give you the desired results just put it back to where it was and you should be fine. There is also a setting for the steering wheel type you might want to check in make sure it's still on full leather.
Last i heard George (i think was his name) had a bunch on the shelf ready to go until the whole shifting thing surfaced so who knows? I doubt they tossed them, i’m gonna shoot them an email and see what they say. I like your thinking!
Actually. If you remove the encoder motor and use the 4wd switch to cycle through the settings, then change the bcm to a different type, you might be able to see if it changes where the encoder ends up each time. No need for the parts since it seems that they figured out the root cause of the issue.
Logic sounds good. Guess i really need to buy the software and a plug
