How do you get it to update automatically?I originally purchased the Win 10 version for the larger screen size of a computer. While the program worked fine the computer made it cumbersome. So I ordered the Android version. Turns out the Android version IMO is much better, easier, handier and the best choice. It also updates automatically (the Win 10 does not), that's a big plus.
I always have my Android smartphone with me which allows me to use AlfaOBD anywhere, anytime. With the Win 10 & computer I had to plan ahead and it was never convenient.
To answer your question, yes, the Win 10 version works properly. I just like the convenience of the Android better.
-> Question to the Windows 10 users:
Are you satisfied with the Windows version? Is it working properly?
Regent notice and gear in evic would be nice. How much of this list were you able to achieve? The Power fold mirrors would be pretty awesome!!
Another new Android version dropped this morning, 2.1.6.1. Given how fast this one was on the heels of the 2.1.6.0, I suspect it is just a bug fix. Maybe the missing Vehicle Config 4 section? If it stops raining for a bit I'll go out and check.

I'm still on 2.5.1 and it has not updated. The operative word is "automatically" - it just does it! Nothing for me/you to do.

Yes please update if/when you can. No reply from Alexey yet...
I am happy with the performance of the Windows version but hearing all the other opinions I may just pull the trigger on an Android setup if the Vehicle Config 4 is now there.
I've been reading through this for almost 2 hours so please don't bash me for asking haha. Do I need the 4 digit pin if I want to activate the DRL?
If it truly requires the rolling code then you may get stuck with the dealer needing to do that 1 transaction with their computer.
One of the DART forums has an extensive AlfaOBD thread. While not as extensive as this thread it is there. Also, the 200 and Dart are orphaned so keeping up interest is going to be difficult. The biggest takeaway from the Dart thread is that any changes result in a flashing odometer which requires a proxy realignment the can be done with the Alfa.Has anyone here messed with the 200's or the twin Dart? I have been on forums for the 200 and there is barely any mention of AlfaOBD on there, and no replies to questions I post of the little bit mentioned. I scanned through the Dart forum a little and no mention there at all. BTW neither of these appear to be nearly as active as this forum. Maybe it's because we like our trucks, but there is a LOT of great info on here!!
I havent gone back in and checked the settings since I made the change, but I do know that my needle moves off of full a lot sooner now after I top off and I can put more fuel in from the empty point- 26ish gallons instead of 23-24. I'll have to check settings again and see what the fillup situation is in a couple of days when I go to top off again.Did this actually update in the BCM? I have changed mine, for tanks 1 & 2 for my '14 1500 w/26 gln tank and even days later it is back to the default 91% and 2%. States it updates successfully but then no change when I go back @ a later date. Odd as everything else has updated as changed.
