Out of curiosity I have 2016 Ram that came from Canada and from what I've read i should be good to go with alphaodb and mx+. Just want to double check, there are few mods I've been reading up on and and want to do.

Does anyone know what settings for diameter of a 37” tire should be programmed into the bcm? I’ve used a tire calculator and for a 37x13.5r20 says it should be set to 2951mm. The Speedo is showing we are going 60, but gps’s are saying 57ish-58. The guy wants it pretty close. We went up to 2960 and it’s still off by the same amount. I know we are talking mm here but just trying to get a good base number to get me close enough to be happy. Got the tpms stuff done just hanging in this tire circumference.

Go out and actually measure the tire to get closer. There is variance between brands, inflation etc so best to just get a real measurement. Then just tweak it from there. Try making larger adjustments if you need to. Don't expect it to be exactly the same as GPS every time, there is going to be a little variance depending on many factors. If you can get it within 1 on average you are doing pretty good.

Yeah I was actually looking at measuring the tire. I figured brands played a difference in circumference. Thanks for your tips. I knew it wouldn’t match. My friend who I’m doing this for wants it to be as close as possible. I told him it would never be 100% because of tire wear etc.

Thanks again! I love this site and the alfaobd tool. I can’t rave enough about it. Everything the stealership said couldn’t be done I have done. I just changed my WIN module due to a defect with it and wear. No problems except o added remote start and haven’t gotten it to work yet. There was an error when I transferred secret key from pcm. So I suspect that was it. Or maybe my TIPM didn’t support it

Aftermarket LED taillights lights on my truck.

I had factory LED taillights stock and the new tail lights I have work fine.

I am however getting error codes saying both rear turn indicators are not working.

I checked alfaobd and everything is set to LED.

Any suggestions?

Maybe I'm blind but I scrolled the list 5 times on the bcm-> car configuration change and I don't see it. Do you know what section it is under?

In the meantime I'll keep looking

You were correct. It was buried in BCM-> Vehicle Configuration Change - > CBC config I/O usage door ajar switch signal rear left (and right) usage (lamp diagnostic)

Ok... calling all the Alpha Omega's....lol

So im adding a ton of options ( thread st to sport)

I was trying to enable the keyless go passive entry stuff and my truck started dinging like the door was open. So I turned something off as it was really annoying.
Now i can't recall what it was, and when I try to program fobiks I'm getting shut down... not sure if it has any relation. I have enabled door ajar .... but its not coming on showing door open like it was. I was messing around with a bunch of door - bcm stuff to get the power locks working prior to this and all was functioning fine, I just cannot recall what I shut off before trying to do the keyless.... derp derp

Question #1 ) what all needs to be enabled - and or shut off to make the door open work again?

Question #2) does the door signal have any bearing on programming fobiks?

Not sure if this will help, but here's the stock BCM readout from my 2014. You may be able to find what you need by comparing it with yours.

mine has the 32 gal tank that is working accurately. I'm not near my truck right now won't be til Wednesday. I'll grab a screen shot when in able to.

Did you ever share the screen shot of current values of a 32 gallon fuel tank? I went from 26 to 32 and when empty it still has 6 gallon left. I have tried everything, currently I just put in the tank as a 34 gallon to help offset the gauge.

Hey team, all parts installed - the alpha added options as listed in the bcm - try to program the fobiks and below is the screenshot of the failed message.
Amazon key fobs - chrysler new RF hub, all other parts came from a donor truck.
I think the push button works as when I press it it says -no fob detected- push brake to start, does not go to acc or run.

No idea if the fobs work or not, assuming they do.

Tried the dealer supplied SKIM CODE ( is that the correct 4 digit code to use?)see pic.. Do I need to enable skim present in bcm?
Tried the 0000 as it says on the alpha app no dice either.

Any ideas on whats not working? Can I try to add the new RF hub first?

Really trying to get this sorted before I put the interior back together and just scrap the idea for now....
