So, it's time for some new tires on my truck. 2500 4X4, 72K miles. The current tires have worn completely evenly and the truck drives totally straight down the road. I have zero suspicion that anything is out of alignment.
Of course, I always get the sales pitch from the tire guy that I need to check the alignment which is around $80-100. Is this really necessary or is tire guy just lining his pockets?
