Alignment

Hello everybody! I am about to install either a leveling lit or adjustable struts on my 2014 1500 crew cab 4x4. I know it will need an alignment. I have two questions: can any alignment shop be trusted to properly align this setup or should I take it to a shop specializing in 4WDs? Second, what is a reasonable cost for said alignment? I had a specialty shop where I live quote me at nearly $200 for an alignment.

Its no different than doing an alignment on any other Gen 4 Ram 1500 leveled or not . Difference being now they actually have to do a real alignment resetting caster, camber and toe adjustments instead of just toe like they normally can get away with on most stock 1500's. They like to say it will cost more because it's lifted . In reality its no different but they know they will have to actually do all the work they want you to think they need to do on all alignments. Any shop that does alignments can do it if they want to.

firestone did mine but they do all the trucks from my offroad shop

My alignment shop charges $75. The dealer gets $89.95.
