How do I shut this off with Alpha OBD2 it just popped up. And I also installed LED turn lights rear tail lights I really appreciate it

It says right and left rear turn signals are out and I also installed a resistor in between that

I tried taking the resistors out and it still has the hyper Flash on the left side and I cannot get her to go away

i'm still getting message for left and right turn signal out with no envelope on the dash how to fix with alpha obd2. Can I change the voltage to fix this
