AlphaRex looking for customers with errors

Ok you guys, I have been back and forth with AlphaRex on Instagram about the errors with these headlights. I already ordered mine and was about to cancel my order because I keep getting people telling me that they suck and that the error messages are just hell which I have seen from the threads on these forums as well ...

They are looking for any truck that is local to the area of Baldwin Park California so that the can pin point exactly what is the cause of these light errors ...

So if you are local to their Baldwin Park office in California hit them up on Instagram and let them know CheechDogg.0n37s sent you their way, they claim they have not seen anyone with these issues locally so they can't work on the issues, but they need someone to help them out.

Surprised nobody has jumped at this,I just bought the morimotos and fitted them.LIke them and easy install but if this thread was up before I bought them I would have went this route as they are cheaper and also look good and I live in Ca.I believe light output is very similar.

I am too but let me tell you ... once they saw that I ordered and payed for my set of headlights their great customer service went out the window.?.

First a "system error" cause a delay in them processing my order, but I still got charged ... Tuesday afternoon they still hadn't processed the order and I ordered Sunday because the person on their Instagram page said if I ordered Sunday I could pick them up myself Tuesday morning ...

Wednesday afternoon still not processed and I was **** out of luck because my days off are Sunday Monday and Tuesday ...

Finally my order is processed Wednesday evening and they said it's getting shipped out Finally and promised next day delivery through FedEx since I am only 50 minutes away

Yesterday I find out my package was still not shipped out so now I am waiting for it to possibly be here today even though my package is 3 hours north of their office ...

I contacted both FedEx and ALPHAREX and they blamed each other lol

Horrible customer service and their processing is even worse .... I would steer away from this company ....

And talking with them on the phone was just nothing but disrespect when I told them I wanted to cancel my ord order they said my refund would take up to 14 days ! Are you kidding me? Lol [emoji38] [emoji1787] [emoji23]

Well that's why I didn't order the Nova series I wanted to see how these went first, build quality and problems....

I'm across the country so won't get mine to next Tuesday they shipped them Wednesday I believe.

Are you going to return them? I looked for other good lighting options and didn't really find any...

I just got them about 30 minutes ago ... no I am probably going to keep unless I get errors that I can't fix with Alfaobd

That's a very nice truck,love the black grill and bumper,fogs look good.Headlights are nice,look alot better than stock but personally I prefer the look of the morimotos.No offence meant.

Hey, I just bought these lights as well and they should be delivered tomorrow. I was messaging with Alpharex on messenger and they assured me that they have the issues worked out on trucks that came with factory projector headlights, and that is what I have so I hope they are correct. They did say they are only seeing some cases with stock reflector headlights.

I will make the necessary changes with Alfaobd and fingers crossed on error messages. I will report back once I get them installed. I did buy an H7 HID kit to install at the same time.

not understanding something. you are looking for someone local to go to alpharex and let them pull the error codes but then you say you only live 50 minutes away from them? from where? the shipping center or the office? please clarify. reason I ask is it seems to me if you are only 50 minutes away from them and this was important enough then would go there and let them pull your codes.

I didn't have the lights at the time ..I now do and was going to go Monday but I fixed the errors myself

I was getting the "Parking light out" and another one ... I changed a few settings using AlfaOBD, made sure that quads was set to not present and bi-xenon and hid to present ... also made sure everything up front was also set to LED ...

My lights have been installed for a week now and have been error free. I installed HID bulbs so I had to make that change with AlfaOBD.
