Android auto

I've seen some other radios and such that in order to have CarPlay or android auto you have to get a CarPlay dongle to use....do you think or is it possible in the future for one to be made to use with the 8.4...would be nice to have it on the 8.4 without spending boatload, probably a unrealistic question but was just a thought

The newer 8.4s have both options. Android auto works well in my 19 classic just plug the phone up to the usb port in the console and its good to go.

Plenty of threads on upgrading to one of the newer 8.4s if thats what your looking to do.
