Another Story of Dealership Woes

The one that is Heggs now? Their service department blows, bad experiences there for me.

Heggs may lousy, but so is Earnhardt. Try to do all I can myself.
Anyone know a reputable Dodge dealership in Phoenix area? Only go to these places for recalls. Trying to find a local, trustworthy repair shop where one doesn't have to spend $750.00 for an oil change AFTER they tell you everything else your truck needs (Big O tires, are you listening?) (NAPA auto repair, are you listening?)

Never be sorry for the rant, my friend...that's what makes this forum so great! By learning from the mistakes of others, we're better off. Now it's too bad there's not enough Ram truck enthusiasts like us; if the word really got around about some of these lousy dealerships to the masses, they'd either have to overhaul their shop staffs or close down completely!

I have heard good things about Tempe Dodge from a few friends. I have had bad experiences there before but that was like 10 years ago. Next time I need to make a trip to the dealership I think I will give them a shot.

Unfortunately, there are more bad dealerships than good ones. I`ve yet to find one that dosent screw up your vehicles.

The service department is exceptionally awesome. I’ve never had a problem with this dealership. They treat the customers as if that customer is the owner of the dealership.
Hmmm I guess we are the dealership owner in a way. With out us the customer the dealership would be out of business and so would Ram...FFT
