Any ideas as to what the noise could be? Dealership can't replicate

Anyone know what this noise could be? Whenever I drive and coast (80km or below) or start to brake, this noise is prominent. It sounds like its coming from the front driver side. It doesn't make noise when accelerating but it does when it's decelerating and braking.

Notice it a lot more when MDS is off (manual gears -/+).

When MDS is on, I don't hear it as much, only when I start to brake.

The dealership did notice rush on the rotors and they said they were able to clean it up but its been like this since I got it back.

I rolled the windows down but couldn't hear..wind and all.

Wheel bear, CV axle shaft, pebble stuck in heat shield and sticky brake pad and/or warped rotors are the order I would be looking at this

if you apply the brakes does it stop? wheel bearings make this kind of noise but brake application changes the sound.

could also be a belt idler pulley, alternator

First thing I would do is have it in park and raise the rpms up to 3000 - 4000 and see if the noise is made. If so, probably a belt or pulley. If not, take some low speed turns in a parking lot and check and see if the noise is made. If so, could be a cv axle going out or wheel bearing. If not, then take practices braking at high and low speeds and see if it makes the noise. If so, could be something with brake pads squealing against the rotors or in the slide pins / metal shims that hold the pad in the caliper. It was hard to tell with the video, so I would check with all that. Best of luck!

u found this and this is the closest sound that I could relate to.

When I apply the brake lightly, that noise goes away then a scraping/grinding noise is very noticeable from the front driver wheel area

Wear indicator on brake pad?

I drove with the service manager this morning and the noise was more than evident. They serviced the front rotors again (3rd time in two months). Noise is mostly gone now - faint noise when applying the brakes.

If they've 'serviced' the rotors 3x already you probably need new ones.
If serviced means resurfacing, which is all the service a rotor can get.

Assuming they lubed the guide pins.

Thats what I've told them and in their wisdom, they've said no.

I will get them replaced as the dealership seems out of er.

I'd call BS on the rotors being cut, most everywhere now they just replace & no longer resurface.
Thinking lawyers had something to do with it.
