anyone have issues with datalogging intune i3 to laptop?

datalogged 3 different runs saved them all to the intune i3, keep trying to download them to my laptop with "dataviewer" from holleys website, keeps getting a "unknown query" after i connect to the tuner on dataviwer and try to download files from the tuner?

Can you just download from the i3 to your PC, then view them?
I just got a Trinity T2 and will try that.

When I plug it into computer it doesn't even show up on the"computer" but I can connect to it using data viewer but once I do that it doesn't download any files? I know I saved it. Does it need he hooked up to my truck at the same time?

I went to the Diablo website and downloaded the program to my computer. I have a I 3 also, the website said to plug the tuner into the truck, start the truck, and then plug the I tune into the computer, and the program will come up! But I got nothing to work! I thought you would want to know, that you aren't the only one who had a problem with it ! Maybe the planets need to be in alignment!

This is crazy, I watched YouTube videos on it and everyone takes it from vehicle straight to laptop! I need my tune adjusted as it has some lag in throttle....

Think I figured it out, go download the "update" it will make it so you can find the files on your intune on your computer without data viewer

Sounds like the computer drivers for i3 weren't installed completely. Install, reboot PC, do updates, reboot PC. Should do it.

That work for you? Doesn't work on my other laptop but solved issue I think using my wife's laptop, have to do another run ended up deleting all the logs because there was 12 of them....
