I read on the Facebook ad that a few people have started hearing back about their claims. Anyone here hear back from them yet?

No. For the emissions claimis this for the grenading engines?
Nice. Mine hasn't got past the first stage yet. If don't hear anything back from them by Thursday, I'm calling the provided number and asking them what's going on. How long ago did you file the initial claim?
I submitted May 15th and am still at stage 1. I have called so many times now that I actually educate the call center people who at times have no idea even though they are trained to speak like they do. Last woman I talked to said that the file number and case number were different. Went through this whole long thing because I was recently 'assigned' a case number and thats different then the file number I had. 10 minutes later, looking info up and doing a deeper dive and the two numbers are the exact same... same thing. I just dont understand why they have a call center that can literally answer zero questions. All it does is to further irritate the customer. Ship 85% of these call center folks who (as they say) work for FCA and are not contractors over to the claims department for a little while so they can get caught up on claims, this is ridiculous. I am worried the previous owner will also try to put a claim in even though it was a commercial vehicle owned by the dealership (or the GM or owner or something) and they are expressly denied a claim according to FCA so that may be more red tape and more delay.
