Anyone modded the business card holder to hold a cell phone?

Hey BanjoWarren, I'm getting a medium size for my iPhone 6. I have a LifeProof case on mine. The small would be too tight. If you don't have any case you may be fine with a small like Wade said. Don't know as I didn't measure my phone without the case. Hope this helps.

I use a really thin Sahara case for my phone so it should be good. Can't wait to get this in!

Thanks for the note and I apologize for the high shipping cost. When Amazon gets the product activated on their website (still waiting...) I will post a link on here and also on my website (Ram Truck Phone Holder - WadeStar Products). I do encourage everyone to first look at buying on Amazon because of the cheaper shipping rates. I just can't compete. It costs me (I mean...absolutely no markup...nothing, pure cost to me from UPS) $1/box plus between $11 and $15 to ship it by UPS. So, those who are on the East Coast and it costs me $15, I am actually losing $3 each shipment.

If...it helps at all, those who don't have an Amazon account and do want to purchase one, type in the coupon code 'HERO' on my website and it will knock off $4 of the purchase price just to help with the shipping.

I just completed the purchase....grabbed a medium. I have a sort of thin case, but may go a little bigger for more protection down the road, so i do rahter have room to grow, lol.

Yes $12 is a bit high, but the item isnt exactly a small piece either. I used the coupon for $4 off, $8 for shipping is reasonable, especially coming from somebody who mails small packages often.....shipping isnt cheap anymore. Even the smallest package form the USPS if about $6 and i can tell that this product wont fit in their small flat rate packaging.

Wade, i suggest you contact fedex, usps or ups and get in touch with a customer servicee rep and ask for any sort of discounts for volume shipping. I forget the thresholds, but i get about 27% off fedex's published rates based on my businesses volume of shipping. Shop around for better rates is my point.

Thank you so much for your encouraging and kind note! I haven't done so, but I can only imagine this thread is a detailed journey from start to finish. And you know what, not to at all pat myself on the back, but what kept me going was hearing from great people like you. My joy in this is not the thought of getting rich...my joy has already been realized by just getting to know you all through the process. I wish it was more of a significant life event that we could all plan a reunion next summer, but it sure would be fun if I could take my family on a road trip and meet all of you.

Amazon Update: I just got off the phone from seller support on Amazon and they said my listing will for sure be up and running in the next 24 hours. So that means by 7am PST 11/26/15 it should be listed for sale. Here is the latest from Amazon. Apparently when you are listing under 'Automotive' you need approval for your product. Since it is a new product, it takes a bit. This morning the new 'technical support' person I dealt with, said they are going to escalate this process but because of the season, it may take 24-48 hours. GRRRRR!!!! I am frustrated, along with you if you've been waiting for it to be listed.

The short answer is: YES. The longer answer is: They will once they get shipped to Amazon's Fulfillment Centers, which first...they need to get activated on Amazon's website first. Meaning, once the product goes 'Live' on their website, I can apply to have Amazon fulfill my orders.

Timeline? I am working as fast as I can on this. I am still waiting for my product packaging boxes to arrive this week, but more importantly I am still waiting for Amazon to approve the product listing under 'Automotive' (see previous post). If all goes well, I would think by December 15th you should be able to purchase on Amazon and order it through your Prime account. Don't hold me to this, but that is my best guess.

If you get frustrated and want to order before then...I will make it right and offer you a discount, or what have you so you...my customers...get the product at the best rate.
