Installed them. Was easy minus getting the stupid ball to click in on the back of the headlight. Had to adjust the screw out a bit...

They look amazing. Drls are working fine. No issues and no lamp warnings. I've adjusted nothing with alfaobd yet so sort of surprised

Like many others I got the same parking light out error and changing these two settings solved the issue for me as well in my 15 Express that had the stock Quads. Do I love these lights!

I agree for the price you really can't go wrong with these (errors not withstanding) . Versus stock QUADS the lights are so much better I don't see the need for HID or to change out any of the bulbs it came with really.

Really loving the new grille with the lights as well!

I was trying to decide that. I haven't been on a dark enough highway road to tell the light difference since I've been all city driving. But I did feel in city they were still brighter so I'm curious to see when I get it out on the road. But as is I agree way easier than expected and work perfectly.

FWIW my parking light / side marker are set that way - but still get the parking light out fault code. A resistor will stop the code but -

One other question - I noted that the parking light / side marker on my AlphaRex headlights are noticeably brighter than the parking light / side marker on my stock projector headlights. Since you were changing light voltage did you change it on your parking light side marker? If so what did you notice?

What Ohm resistor did you use?

Compared the QUADS the beam pattern is more focused of course so I think that also makes the light more "effective" and thus look brighter. I upgraded the bulbs in the QUADS (still halogen though) so they were pretty good for what they were. I really like the turn signal indicator on these as well very large and easy to see. I live in town but 5 from here I can be down a pitch black road which I did to test them out the they work well the high beams really light up the road!

Just though I'd share this while I'm in the middle of stage 2 of my gen 1 2019 style headlights. I bought a cheap lux meter to see what kinda output the led/hid's were are using with these headlights. I'm tossing in the high beam upgrade I'd did and am doing.

Knowing me I probably overlooking the obvious but, the blinker wire on my Ram 1500 is the same plug as the headlights. How do I connect the two blinker plugs?

You need to use the socket from your oem turn signals. Plug that back into the truck's harness and you'll see that the wire coming from the headlights uses the same "base" as the bulb for the turn signals on your stock headlights.

I just noticed in your second pick how you had the wires for the hid's. Typically you'd insert the turn signal socket in that spot. You'll have to find a way to plug that hole that is waterproof if you plan on keeping everything that way. It doesn't look like the ballast (grey box) will fit inside of the headlights. I'm surprised that the dust covers didn't come pre drilled. Your only other option, if you keep that hid setup, is drill a hole in the dust cover. The hid's should have a rubber grommet on them. You'd place that in the hole. That becomes your water tight seal.

Hey I have projectors on my 2015 sport and changed bulbs to those sylvania zxe and still suck for seeing the road especially in the rain. So you might want to consider keeping the quads if you drive alot of dark roads especially hwy. I had quads in my 2012 with the zxe bulbs and those quads were 1000% better to see the roads. I missed a few dear with those quads. My projectors don't do much of anything. I'm currently looking into led or possibly hid change as we speak lol. A friend had led plug and play bulbs and seemed to work so much better than mine in his projectors
