Anyone try Modifystreet headlights?

Here’s some photos with HIDs. I ended up getting this Innovited kit off amazon- https://www.amazon.com/Innovited-Xe...h7&qid=1553865879&s=gateway&sr=8-9&th=1&psc=1

It was easier just getting this kit, otherwise I would have had to get 9012 to h7 harness adapters for my other ballasts. These are 35w and 5000k. I don’t have any long straight dark stretches of road around me, but these will give you a good idea. The step downs are perfectly centered perpendicular to the truck, and the width is good from center to center. The passenger headlight seems to trail off a little bit downhill from left to right.

Just got a call from Alpharex/Modifystreet yesterday asking about my bulb out warning.

They are working on becoming vendors here.

They offered to send out load resistors so I could put them in and see if it helps.

FYI, they are the same company.

I am liking their Nova series too, just a little rich for my blood is all.

Hmm...maybe an introductory sale is coming? :)

They really do look pretty good for the price. Still hemming and hawing over ordering a set (I have enough projects that need to be done on the truck), but I bet by the end of this weekend I will give in.

Might need to ask them for resistor, I have same issue in my 2013. It's really minor, doesn't pop up driving, but rather not have it.

Did they fit under cap without cutting? I want to do hid, but I don't want to hack up the caps.

Had to drill the hole for the wire grommet. There’s absolutely no way to stuff any brand’s ballast and wiring all into that hole.

Thanks, ya, I have had worst luck on oem and 2 different aftermarket black lights, all got major condensation. The OEM lights had 2 inches of water, looked like fish tank. Honestly this is the only set of lights that when I went though a auto car wash I got zero condensation. So a little paranoid messing with them.

Jimmy07 - Can you send a finished picture of this harness? I would love to copy this but wanted to see it before ordering everything. Thank you
For those interested in these that have factory projectors (@tator2k), I just got off the phone with a guy from alpharex, and they now have conversion harnesses made up. I would say just call them when you order or let them know you need the harnesses. Here’s what they have- 9jTx4Hd.jpg

I made a suggestion that they add the DRL wire for those that want to enable the dedicated DRL circuit with alfaobd.

I love mine I put in the Hikari LEDs in 12000lm output is outstanding But I might open them up and ad white LEDs to the bottom and wire them in to the DRL and then add amber to the top And wire them to the Blinker. i feel like the bottom is just to much empty space barely getting any use...
