Hey I have projectors on my 2015 sport and changed bulbs to those sylvania zxe and still suck for seeing the road especially in the rain. So you might want to consider keeping the quads if you drive alot of dark roads especially hwy. I had quads in my 2012 with the zxe bulbs and those quads were 1000% better to see the roads. I missed a few dear with those quads. My projectors don't do much of anything. I'm currently looking into led or possibly hid change as we speak lol. A friend had led plug and play bulbs and seemed to work so much better than mine in his projectors

How light is projected through the 2 different style headlights if different. A projector gives you a more defined beam pattern compared to a reflector style housing. It is an adjustment getting used to a cut-off line compared to the quads where it just fades. I would definitely recommend upgrading your bulbs either to hid or led's. A few cheaper but great choices that a bunch of us use with these headlights are,

HID- Innovited 35w (~$40 Amazon)

LED- Hikari Ultra (~$80 Amazon)
. Katana (~$50 Amazon)
Auree (~$60 Amazon)

The katanas are believed to be the actual manufacturer's of the supernova v4's ($200+). The visually appear identical, right down to the wiring.
I found the Auree led's to be slightly brighter than the katanas. I sold my Hikaris before I had a chance to test them.

To pile on, it's also much more important (in my opinion) that the projectors get aimed property. Poor aim isn't as noticeable (as the driver) with reflector housings due to more light scattering but with projectors the cutoff can leave you feeling night blind if it's not raised high enough.

Ah, you got HIDs not LEDs. Does the plug allow you to flip the + and - plugs?

Forgot to post this here i originally posted in the alfaobd but should of done it here .

Ok I found the issue , in tracing the wiring found a black wire that was pulled down in the connector housing just enough to not get a good connection
Pushed tight and taped ends . Flickered for a minute when started truck but seems to have stabilized . Hopefully will last but have the other hid coming as a backup . Thanks for all the help

Do you have vertical reflector fog lights? If so, this 9006 bulb fits without modification, is brighter and is not blinding to other drivers.

Not sure I’ll have to look into the veritcal , just know when I do a automotive bulb lookup for my truck it comes up with 9145 as the fog light .
If it will work fine glad to order just didn’t want to order the wrong one.
Hikari doesn’t show any 9145/h10 bulbs only h11 or the 9006

Other bulbs say direct replacement is a h11 for my truck so this is why I’m so confused

Correct and 9145 is the stock bulb. 9006 is an "upgrade"...
