Thanks Pull Ya, it's been fun to build and even more fun when I step on it! Amazing engine these 5.7 Hemi's really, they're still simple enough you can work on them and know what part does what, they're pushrod heavy cast iron motors that I still get close to 20 MPG with even with all the mods. Of course I'm in a standard cab truck, but I still think it's an awesome motor compared to the chevy and fords I've had over the years. Wish the parts weren't more expensive, but I guess it comes with the territory.

It is a little raspy still, it gets a bit better when it's warmed up, but I like the sound. I'm sure if I got bigger mufflers it would help, but don't care.

Wow, just wow !!!

these headers things scream, I knew it would be louder but they are crazy at WOT , exceeding expectations !!!

not to bad just cruzing though , really love the the sound coupled with the XR1's

just quncidentally on my way home from the Garage a Nissan Titan came up on me and looked over like he had something

he was wrong .............. lmao

Dyno with HF 93 octane tune is getting 330 HP to the rear wheels , I forget the torque number

taking it back in to the mechanic tomorrow he wants to dial it in on his dyno machine , claims he can get more

we'll see

I am loving it,

The install was painful, the guys did a really great job but was so slow he had the truck for two weeks

sure he had some stuff in between but

First he forgot to order the headers for ARH , so that was three days waiting right out of the gate

this is my fault as much as his but the pipes going from the existing muffler to the tips was 2.5" I thought they were 3"

so the original scope of work was to tie onto them right in front of the rear axle

He called me in and I approved the additional pipe and fittings to get over the axle and to the termination tips

He cut off the y pipe right behind the cats and so it is true dual all the way

really turned out nice all 3" stainless with a mirror like finish right into the tips

shame the hosting site I used to use does not work anymore or I would post some pics

Can't wait to see what he can get out of it, I can always contact Hemi Fever if I am not happy ...

Anyone know what kind of HP I should have with adding the headers ?
