I'm getting ready to order headers, but hemifever needs a wideband o2 sensor to datalog after my engine swap. Do ARH headers come with an extra o2 **** already welded in or does anyone know if they'll add one on before shipping? What is the best spot for it? Near up stream o2 sensor or at y pipe merge?

The ARH headers come with a **** in each header for the front o2 sensors and then 2 bungs in the Y-pipe for the 2 rear sensors. If you are adding a wideband, then you will need to have a local shop weld a 5th **** in place for you.

In the placement of the 5th **** I was told to have it installed in the driver side connector of your header if you had room.

Also make sure they put the **** closer to a 45 degree angle instead of 90 degrees. The 02 tends to collect water the closer it sits to a 90 degree intercept installing into the header.

Thanks for the replies. I was hoping it would be possible have it done before hand, but no big deal. Driver's side placement should work, I'll look tomorrow. I did a little research last night, & found that some engines inherently run lean on certain banks or cylinders (chevy LS cyl#7 what a lot of people are saying). I'm not sure if the hemi is susceptible to this or not & didn't want to pick a bad spot. I will be running cats & I'm pretty sure downstream wont work at all for logging.
