I don't think 10 are going to be needed this time around but let me clarify with ATI
Did anything ever come of this?

OK finally got around to installing mine. For anyone waiting for a belt size and/or a part number... I used a 78" length, 6-rib Dayco belt from Advanced Auto part #5060780. Goodyear also has a Gatorback belt with same specs, part#4060780.
In hindsight, I probably could of used a 77-1/2" belt, but it would been a little tougher to get on. As it is now, this has the tensioner sitting at the halfway point.
Whew, just got done reinstalling the stock pulley. Thanks Jason, I don't know what I was thinking. You really helped me dodge a bullet there.![]()
Hey, whatever cranks your tractor. From past experience with camaro's and stangs, under drive pulleys are a joke.
Please do come back and tell me how you can "feel" the difference. A good laugh is always great.
What do you recommend then? I'm all ears since you have all this grand knowledge from your Camaro and Mustang days.Hey, whatever cranks your tractor. From past experience with camaro's and stangs, under drive pulleys are a joke.

Again, every small mod adds up in the end. It may not make sense for most who drive their cars daily, but when you are doing full bolt-ons w/ some big heads/cam, every bit you can get after that counts.
You may not feel a difference as its not a seat in the pants mod, but your times will most certainly reflect it (even if its small).
