Backup camera not working

I've got the 12" screen and I'm having issues with the channels flickering when I try to switch "users". And this morning I put my truck in reverse and my screen was just black no picture. Anyone else ?

sounds like its done>> it happened to me aim on my third radio . If its out of factory warranty their is a company on the inter net you mail it to them they re due the whole unit and send back for like less then 200 bucks they are on ebay site

So yes I set an appointment but the truck stopped or better yet started working properly and I didn't go to appt. I called the service department and canceled the appt. When it does this again I'll record it to show the techs over there.
