Bad Paint!!!

I have a 2009 Dodge Ram TRX Off Road that is having the front bumper paint blistering (two tone paint,deep red/silver metallic)on the entire bumper.The dealer submitted digital photos to Chrysler,who came back and said it was due to rock damage.This truck is garage kept,14,000 mile as of 10/21/2011,never goes off road,and right now are unwilling to make any repairs.Chrysler has no "in the field "rep.,due to budget restraints,so everything is submitted by the dealer with digital images.Let me know if anyone has had similar problems.Thanks ,actionjackson56

welcome to RamForum. Sorry to hear that you are having paint issues. You are not the only one. As for them denying your claim to fix it, i think you need to get on the phone with customer support. Don't let this stop at the level of the dealer with a photo.

paint on my truck sucks to the door trim faded as well as many problems on the bumper but yours is much newer than mine

Interesting how they say there is no in the field rep when a month back our Asst. Chief had a rep come out to look into his intercooler issue with his 05' Cummins

same thing with mine, the cab of my truck and back fenders don't match up perfectly, it's a small detail but i notice it
